Sakti Builders requires residential or commercial plots / sites (non-BDA), either on sale or on joint development basis. Any type of clear titled, non-tenanted properties will be considered. We may even consider incomplete / abandoned projects subject to scrutiny. Kinds of transactions possible are:

Joint venture or joint development Purchase Long lease Swap or combination with one of the above Sale and lease back proposals

In Bangalore :

Minimum sizes of plots should exceed 1,000 sqm. for areas within the Outer Ring Road and exceed 4,000 sqm. for areas beyond. We would prefer areas like Sarjapur Road, Whitefield, Hennur, Hebbal, Outer Ring Road, Old Madras Road, Bannerghatta Road areas within the vicinity of the areas mentioned above. We may also consider properties on a Joint Development basis in:

Mangalore & Mysore, Karnataka Conoor, Tamil Naidu Kolkata, West Bengal
